In The Great Silesius, the inhabitants live happily and at peace with one another. From the day they are born, each of them carries their own expiration date imprinted on their chest, because a higher entity, called The Mark, sets the day they will expire.
Every day, one week before their final day arrives, five hundred Silesians who share the same expiration date set sail for the Island of Happiness, where they will expire in peace.
